Dhaka: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has started a meeting with leaders of the teagarden workers to resolve impasse in the sector over pay hike.
Earlier, on August 27, she held meeting with owners of teagardens at her official residence Ganabhaban in this regard.
A number of 13 owners of the teagardens participated in the meeting which ended in hike in pay.
Some workers returned to job while other groups are still maintaining work abstention to press home their expected wages and demands.
