Popular actress of both West Bengal and Bangladesh Jaya Ahsan said she does not like to celebrate Pahela Baishakh and Eid abroad.
The actress came up with this information during an interview on Iran-Bangladesh joint production film ‘Fereshta’ on Saturday.
Jaya also is recognised and rewarded for her outstanding performance in both countries.
Jaya was asked where she will celebrate the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr. Replying to the question, Jaya said “I never want to celebrate the two festivals out of country. Once I had to celebrate Eid in Kolkata due to shooting. I missed my country a lot.”
