Dhaka: Bangladesh logged 34 more deaths and 4,746 fresh cases in the last 24 hours till 8:00 am on Tuesday.
The positivity rate in the past 24 hours increased slightly to 13.77%, from the previous day’s 13.53%, a DGHS release confirmed this afternoon.
With the new additions, the death toll reached to 28,872 while the caseload hit 1,919,102 since its appearance in the country.
On Monday, Bangladesh recorded 19 deaths and 4,692 new cases of the virus.
