Dhaka: Bangladesh on Wednesday (November 3) recorded deaths of seven people from Covid-19 infection in the last 24 hours.
The total number of deaths is registered at 27,880 while the death rate stands at 1.78 percent.
A press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed this information this afternoon.
Meanwhile, some 256 new infections were recorded during this period, taking the total number of people infected to 15,70,238, the release added.
Currently, the positivity rate is 1.31 percent while the total positivity rate stands at 15.09 percent.
