Rumors were circulating in the showbiz arena recently that the popular actress of both small and silver screen Aparna Ghosh is ready to tie the knot, however, the actress did not say anything about the matter. Finally, all the rumors turned into truth and Aparna Ghosh is getting married to Satyajit Dutt, an IT engineer by profession. Their engagement was completed on 7 December at a restaurant in the port city of Chattogram in the presence of two family members of the bride and the groom.
Aparna Ghosh will tie the knot with Satyajit Dutt on Thursday (December 10). Their marriage formalities have been organized at a temple in Agrabad, confirmed the actress by herself.
It is learned that Aparna got acquainted with Satyajit through a friend amid the COVID crisis. Then the two became good friends and started having feelings for each other. Later, the actress learned that Satyajit’s father a good friend of her father. Then they got engaged in the presence of two families.
The wedding reception will be held in May next year. Aparna will invite her friends and colleagues from the showbiz arena, the actress told the media.
Aparna Ghosh is regularly working in dramas and films. She made her big-screen debut in 2009 with the movie ‘Third Person Singular Number’ directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki. After a break of four years, she acted in the film ‘Mrittika Maya’ directed by Gazi Rakayet — she won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her notable films are ‘Sutopar Thikana’, ‘Bhuban Majhi’, ‘Meghmallar’, ‘Lilith’, etc.
