Dhaka: Member of Parliament of reserved women's seat from Rajbari Salma Chowdhury tested positive for coronavirus.
She was found infected with the virus on Sunday night.
The ruling AL MP left Rajbari for Dhaka for better treatment on Monday morning as her condition deteriorated.
Golam Mostofa Chowdhury, elder brother of the MP, confirmed the matter.
