Dhaka: State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam has informed that arrangements will be made through Bangladesh Mission in the USA to bring BNP Vice Chairman and former Dhaka City Corporation mayor Sadeque Hossain Khoka, who is in New York in a critical condition, back home.
He said, “Our mission will take required steps, if the family of Sadeque Hossain Khoka seeks ‘travel permit' for him.”
The state minister came up with this information in a post on his Facebook page on Sunday afternoon.
In his status, he wrote, “Our foreign mission will go for action when the family of Sadeque Hossain Khoka will apply for the ‘travel permit’ for them. Sadeque Hossain Khoka and his wife have no passports with them mow, so obtaining travel permit is the lone option to return to country.”
