International desk: The government has declared December 30 as a general holiday across the country because of the upcoming 11th parliamentary polls.
Public Administration Ministry issued a circular in this regard today.
According to the notice, all government and private offices and establishments will remain closed on December 30 for the 11th parliamentary elections.
“The 11th parliamentary elections will be held on December 30. So, it's necessary to declare the day as a general holiday,” the notice reads.
