Dhaka: BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi claimed that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is suffering from prolonged illness but the government is not proving any information to her relatives and party men.
He came up with the allegations while speaking at a press briefing at Nayapaltan central office of the party on Monday morning.
Rizvi said: “BNP chairperson's condition has been declining day by day while Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is making fun on her illness. The jail authorities aren't proving any information about Khaleda's health.”
“The day before yesterday, the authorities didn't permit family members of Khaleda to meet her,” he added.
