News desk: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who underwent a successful gallbladder surgery in the US capital of Washington on Monday, is now doing well and cleared seven urgent files online on Thursday.
“The Prime Minister is now well … she's maintaining round-the-clock contact with her office in Dhaka and disposed of seven e-files on Thursday,” PM's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told UNB from Washington.
Sheikh Hasina went to Washington from New York on September 22 after attending the 72nd Session of the UNGA.
The Prime Minister arrived in New York on September 17 to join the UN's annual event.unb
