Dhaka: Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has called on India to create pressure on Myanmar over the Rohingya issue. He also thanked India for sending aid for Rohingya refugees.
The minister made the comments while distributing relief material to refugees this morning.
Army chief Shafiul Haq will visit Teknaf and Ukhia today to inspect the aid distribution effort to refugees there. He will hold a meeting with army officials and the district administration later in the evening.
