Dhaka: Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Monday said the 11th parliamentary election is likely to be held in December next year (2018).
The minister said to the reporters after exchanging Eid greetings with the finance ministry officials and staff at the Secretariat in the capital on Monday.
“The Election Commission has no major works except updating the voter list and reorganizing the electoral seats. So, I hope that the next general election would likely be held in December next year,” he said.
