Two popular faces of the small screen actress, Nawsheen and Orsha have recently acted under the direction of eminent actor-director Shahiduzzaman Selim for the first time.
Shahiduzzaman Selim himself has also played an important role named Bondhuk Habib in this romantic comedy telefilm titled ‘Eri Naam Prem’. The telefilm has been made for Bangla TV on the occasion of upcoming Eid.
To enact the role in an appropriate manner, Shahiduzzaman Selim had to take a unique look that will definitely require some time for the viewers to recognise the actor as Shahiduzaaman. Nawsheen and Orsha have played the role of Farida and Tahiya respectively in the telefilm.
Shahiduzzaman Selim said about the telefilm, “Each and everyone has played their respective roles outstandingly, those who have acted in my telefilm. Nawsheen and Orsha have acted under my direction for the first time. Both of them are wonderful actresses. For this reason, I am satisfied with their performance. I have complete faith the telefilm will be liked by the viewers.”
Nawsheen said about working in the telefilm, “I acted alongside Shahiduzzaman Selim as a co-artiste before. But this is for the first time that I have acted under his direction. In one word, he is an outstanding director, and I have enjoyed working in his direction. I hope the work will be admired by the audience.”
Orsha said, “As an actor Shahiduzzaman Selim is outstanding—all of us know this. But this is for the first time that I have seen him as a director very closely. It cannot be imagined how organised and cooperative he is as a director. I am really satisfied to do the work.”
Apart from this telefilm ‘Eri Naam Prem’ written by Iraz Ahmed, Shahiduzzaman Selim has made yet another tele-drama titled ‘Robinhood Ase Nai Tai’ on the occasion of the upcoming Eid. The tele-drama includes Shahiduzzaman Selim, Hillol and Nawsheen in the different characters of the tele-drama. The tele-drama will be aired on Desh TV during the Eid.
