Dhaka desk: Liberation war affairs minister Mozammel Haque said that 25th March will henceforth be observed as Genocide Day.
The Liberation War Affairs minister was addressing a press briefing at the secretariat on Thursday.
He also said that a proposal will be sent to the United Nations within a month for observing 25th March as International Genocide Day.
The decision to observe 25th March as Genocide Day was taken at a cabinet meeting last week.
