India Bangladesh CricketSports desk: India beat Bangladesh by 208 runs to win the one-off Test at Hyderabad on the final day.

Set an unlikely victory target of 459, Bangladesh were dismissed for 250 shortly after the scheduled tea interval at Hyderabad on Monday.

India spin duo Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin picked up four wickets each.

Bangladesh lost two quick wickets, both to tall paceman Ishant Sharma, to slump to 225 for 7 after lunch.

Sabbir (22) left just after lunch, trapped leg before to Ishant, leaving Bangladesh struggling at 213 for  6.

Bowling with some fire, Ishant got Mehedi to edge but Murali dropped him at the slips.

Later, the strapping paceman had Mahmudullah (64) caught by Bhuvneswar Kumar, leaving the Tigers seven down for 225.

With the last of Bangladesh's recognised batsmen back in the pavilion, it seems the Tigers at staring at defeat with only three wickets left.

Three down for 103 at the start of play on Day 5, Bangladesh lost Shakib at 106 when he gloved an unplayable ball from Jadeja and Pujara took an easy catch in the slips.

It reared in off a good length, surprising Shakib by the lift.

Rahim miscued a cover drive without reaching the pitch of an Ashwin floater and Jadeja ran back to take the catch, leaving Bangladesh five down for 162.

Mahmudullah had a close shave trying to heave a flighted delivery over the top, which just fell short of a fielder in the deep.

With more than two full sessions to play Bangladesh stands at 167/5, a long way from the target of 459. Sabbir Rahman stands at the crease with Mahmudullah, Bangladesh's last recognised batting pair.

On Sunday, the Tigers lost Tamim Iqbal early on. While Mominul Haque and Soumya Sarkar looked like steadying the ship, both fell within 1 delivery, leaving Bangladesh reeling at 103 for 3 at the close of play.
