Dhaka desk: The search committee exchanged views with 12 eminent citizens, to get recommendations on capable people, for the formation of Election Commission.
The discussion began at 4pm, at the Supreme Court Judges' Lounge.
The search committee earlier asked 31 political parties that attended talks with the president, to recommend 5 people each for the election commission.
The recommendations must be submitted to the additional secretary of the cabinet by 31st January. Last Wednesday, President formed a 6-member search committee and tasked it to recommend people for the positions in Election Commission.
