Dhaka desk: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Thursday appeared before a court and pleaded not guilty during the hearing in Zia Charitable Trust graft case.
Judge Abu Ahmed Jomader of Special Judge Court-3, a special court in Bakhshibazar, conducted the hearing in the case.
In 2011, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) had filed a case, accusing four persons, including Khaleda Zia of abusing power to collect Tk 6.19 crore for Zia Charitable Trust.
