New York's attorney general has accused the Trump Organization of obtaining tax breaks and loans through “fraudulent or misleading asset valuations”.<\/p>\n

Trump must sit for sworn testimony within 21 days.<\/p>\n

He denies the accusations, and is expected to appeal the decision.<\/p>\n

He could also invoke his right to remain silent in any deposition.<\/p>\n
