Only administration and law enforcers will not be able to prevent this menace successfully. Your (mass people) co-operation can help prevent it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Expressing concern over distance between mass people and the lawyers, he said, \u201cLawyers are lagging behind in the society. Even the number lawyers at parliament is decreasing.
