\"\"Dhaka: Road Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader today charged the BNP with hatching conspiracy centering the quota reform movement in the wake of the party\u2019s failure to wage any anti-government agitation.<\/p>\n

\u201cBNP wants to create an issue capitalizing on the quota reform movement,\u201d he told a press conference at the Setu Bhaban at Banani here.<\/p>\n

Quader said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would remain true to her words on the announcement she made over the quota system.<\/p>\n

He also urged the demonstrators of quota reform movement to stay calm
\nfor few days.<\/p>\n

He said there is no dearth of sincerity on the part of the government as regard the quota system reformation but it cannot be solved in no time.<\/p>\n

The minister said a committee has been formed to review the quota system and the committee held its first meeting.<\/p>\n

On the BNP\u2019s remarks to free BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia from jail through movement, the AL general secretary said the BNP in the past resorted to sabotage, violent acts and killings in the name of movement.<\/p>\n

The people of the country would never support BNP\u2019s violent acts, he added.<\/p>\n

He said the BNP many a time tried to wage movement to free Khaleda Zia but the people did not respond to their calls.<\/p>\n
