Sports desk: Nizam Uddin Chowdhury, chief executive officer (CEO) of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) said yesterday that they will obviously look into the matter if there is any incongruity what is being told from all the fronts about the wicket of the tri-nation series final.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe don\u2019t raise any question over any matter when the result of the match is good and comes to our favour. But when the result went wrong and then different discussion is held over it,\u201d said Nizam Uddin Chowdhury.<\/p>\n
\u201cI will also not discuss on any specific matter or fact or don\u2019t hold any talk over it. But if such kind of matter comes to our attention, the board will obviously look into the matter,\u201d Chowdhury told media at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) in Mirpur yesterday.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs so far as I know we\u2019ve every matter in our mind and we know all what we actually see it internally as our will,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
The speculation, lit up after Bangladesh\u2019s shocking drubbing to Sri Lanka in the triangular series final in Mirpur following their pre-final encounter loss, surfaced that BCB chief curator Gamini de Silva held one and half-an-hours long meeting a day before the final showdown with Sri Lankan team management at the BCB-National Cricket Academy (NCA) ground, wherein he disclosed the mystery of the track.<\/p>\n
Along with that, it also aired that water what has been poured on the wicket ordered by Gamini day before the final that was not right at all.<\/p>\n
Bangladesh one-day captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza grudged over wickets, stating that they expected to play on the wicket where they could be scored 300 or 300-plus against the Islanders.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom the beginning we wanted a good wicket, one where they can get high-scoring games,\u201d said Mashrafe Bin Mortaza.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, The BCB CEO said that they will keep a provision for school children so that they could watch Test match sitting in the stadium.<\/p>\n
\u201cA step will be kept for the school children to watch Test match on the basis of the proper identification confirmed by the school authorities. We\u2019ve received such proposal from them for the one-day matches. But there are some limitations for us,\u201d The CEO said.<\/p>\n
\u201cAlong with that, as one-day matches are held at night, in that case, guardians will come with their children. Now as schools are remained open so we\u2019ll try to keep the provision open for them,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
When asked about match tickets, Nizam Uddin said that they could not implement what they formulate plans for the tickets.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe way we devised our plan for the match tickets, it\u2019s not possible to implement it always because of its demand and stadium\u2019s sitting capacity,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou have, of course, noticed that there is no enough demand of tickets in some matches but there is a huge demand in high-voltage matches. We always try to balance it in match day,\u201d he also said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe problem will not be happened in Test. Apart from Test, there is a huge demand of tickets in Twenty20 matches beside one-day what is happened in the past.
