Is it inevitable?\u00a0 Nothing is inevitable. It would be great if something else could be worked out,\u201d he told reporters at a news conference with the Kuwait\u2019s Emir Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah yesterday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe would have to look at all the details, all of the facts. But we\u2019ve had presidents for 25 years now, they\u2019ve been talking, talking, and the day after an agreement is reached, new work begins in North Korea, continuation on nuclear. So, I would prefer not going the route of the military, but it\u2019s something certainly that could happen,\u201d Trump said in response to a question.<\/p>\n

Stressing that the US military is now stronger than ever, Trump said, \u201cHopefully we\u2019re not going to have to use it on North Korea. If we do use it on North Korea, it will be a very sad day for North Korea\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not negotiating with you. Maybe we\u2019ll have a chance to negotiate with somebody else, but I don\u2019t put my negotiations on the table. Unlike past administrations, I don\u2019t talk about them.
