BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has alleged that indiscriminate crossfires are being carried out in the name of curbing militants without any investigation.<\/p>\n

He came up with the statement while speaking at a public meeting at Awliapur of Thakurgaon Sadar upazila on Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet there be investigation to find out how the militants are created, who gives them money, who gives them shelter and protection,\u201d said the BNP spokesperson.<\/p>\n

\u201cInstead of doing so the job is being accomplished summarily,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Fakhrul also claimed that hanged Harkat-ul Jihad al-Islami Bangladesh (HujiB) leader Mufti Hannan had managed to get government loan.<\/p>\n
