But we will have to remember that outgrowth of democracy and political stability is urgent for development,&#8221;\u00a0 he said while addressing a rally arranged on the premise of Rotary Degree College at Astagram Upazila, marking its silver jubilee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The President said democracy flourishes in a country through tolerance, mutual respect and strengthening of its democratic institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Difference of opinion among political parties is common in democratic system, he said adding, &#8220;But, it is our duty to accelerate democratic advancement and to make it meaningful through practicing democratic norms and rules.
